SOIL-CEMENT

The soil cement is a material obtained by homogeneous mixing of soil, cement and water in suitable proportions and that, after compaction and fluid curing results in a product with characteristics of durability and strength.

COMPOSITION

It is possible to produz Ecological Bricks with any kind of soil, but the most indicated soil by his cost is the sandy soil, containing between 60% to 80% of sand and 40% to 20% of clay. When this kind of soil is not found, you can use a soil with more clay properties, but will need to fix it.

CEMENT

MIXTURE

How to Cure

The curing process of blocks, bricks and ecological floor tiles is achieved by wetting.
